Why we exist

We exist because you exist and we want to help you feel better about yourself.

Whether it was a Google search or social media led you to us...It doesn’t really matter. All that matters is you made it here. Our guess is that you’re a tall person (or taller than you feel comfortable being). Here’s a bit about me and how I, with the help of clinical studies and board certified physicians, came to formulate this truly innovative product.

I noticed I was taller than the average teenager when I was a senior in high school. My older sister and my brother, who were both older than me, were much shorter than me at this time. I started to hear things like, “Wow. You’re so tall. Do you play basketball? Why do you wear heels? Can you reach that for me? You’ll never need to wear heels.” The list goes on and on...I’m pretty sure you can add a few of your own LOL. Guys were starting to get shorter and shorter to me.

By the time I graduated high school, I was almost 5’11. People tell you to embrace your height and shorter people will always tell you they wished they were taller. Mainstream media always shows a shorter woman with a tall man. The only time the media praises a tall woman is in the industry realm of modeling. Other than models and basketball players, tall women are perceived as “too tall” or “not as feminine” as shorter or petite women. Most men tend to prefer shorter women as opposed to taller women so there’s another struggle to log into our Tall Women Diaries.

According to statistics, the average height for an American male is 5’9 and the average height for a female is 5’4 (5’7 is considered tall) so basically, at 5’11 I was gigantic compared to these surveys. A gigantic woman is not something you want to be in today’s society. They tell us to love ourselves but we continue to see images of shorter women being celebrated for their tiny statures. At 5’11, it limited the dating scene tremendously for me. I did, indeed, date a guy who was 5’6 for quite a few years and he had no issues with my height. He actually loved it and encouraged me to wear heels. The issue was within me. I always felt people were staring at us because it’s not everyday you see such a height difference in a male/female relationship. I was never completely comfortable. Needless to say, that relationship ended and I only dated men who were taller than me. To my astonishment, even very tall men made comments about my height. I couldn’t understand why a man who was 6’4 preferred a woman who was the “average” of 5’4, which was a nearly a foot difference! It made no sense to me and the dating pool was getting smaller and smaller in my mind. For the first time in my life I hated being a tall woman.

I then partnered with an orthopedic surgeon who specialized in the musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles). I then started my research on a quest to help women, as well as men, boost their self esteem to a level they were completely happy with. After a few years of research, I successfully formulated Shrink Me! which is a supplement effectively used to reduce height naturally. Today, thanks to Shrink Me! Height Reduction Supplements, I am 5’8 and very healthy and happy. I have lost 3 inches in total height since I began my natural height Reduction journey.

How Does It Work? Great question! Shrink Me! Height Reduction Supplements contains small amounts of phytic acid, which is a natural substance found in plant seeds. It is a saturated cyclic acid. The phytic acid binds and inhibits the absorption of growth hormones, causing your height to shrink over time. The Supplements also contain calcium, potassium as well as small amounts of Caffeine Anhydrous.

Is Shrink Me! safe to use? Yes! It’s all a question of degree. Everyone who eats plants consume some phytic acid on their own. Our bodies regulate phytate levels very well, adjusting until body levels are fully balanced making Shrink Me!®️ a very safe and natural way to reduce your height.
